Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët (/ˈjastrok/ /ˈflo̠msto˞/ [angry; mad] [wedge]) is a subtropical Town located in the Zi̽astgal Diocese of the Covenent of Irus.
The name Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët was founded by Treg̈ka Wudush, who was culturaly Wood Elven.
Climate
Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 21°C (69°F). Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët receives an average of 168 cm/y (66 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 4526 m (14849 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët was founded durring the late 14th century in summer of the year 1299, by Treg̈ka Wudush. The establishment of Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of spacious paverstone streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. Unfortuantly, these robustly designed timber walls are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët is a bustling hive of activity. Everyone moves at nothing short of a jog, each convocation is a mile a minute, and there’s dedicated lanes for riding through town in the center of each street. The locals all appear to be not merely occupied, but in a true hurry for everything from drinking a pint of ale to their daily work.
Civic Infrastructure

Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
The law within Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët is highly corrupt, or does not apply to certain favored groups or castes. Strangers might be fleeced by local lawmen, evildoers can be absolved by a payment, and powerful gentry do as they please.
Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.
In Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët sometimes, near one of the seasonal solstices, the sun appears to split into three and it rains from a clear sky for several hours.
The Clawbat near Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves long periods of drunkenness to channel Illusion energies of tier 2 via guttural bellowing.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët was attacked by a group of nobles with their private armies. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët lost 136 people, 228 livestock, and 72 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 200, when members of Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët's militia enacted an operation to destroy a particular enemy powerful weapon. The operation was complicated by the army being put into a position where they could only choose between two terrible options. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the mine, which ended in a crushing defeat for Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Iastrok Flo̠mstö Vrët's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
